So as the title, buyer beware, if ya stop paying, Wurths don't want to know you. How things stand at the moment, is that, we are feeling ripped off, to put it mildly. The only other way to get us up and running were we left off, Wurth UK tells us, is to find another Wow user that wouldn't mind giving Wurth UK permission to use there activation code, as this would not cost Wurth UK anything.
WOW WÜRTH ACTIVATION CODE
They tell me that if a new activation code is issued by Germany, Wurth UK get charged for it and have to pass this charge on to the customer by way of a years subscription and they can't just activate old versions anyway. After numerous phone calls both way's, Wurth UK, say they can't help, because everything is governed by there parent company in Germany.
In any case I'm only asking for what we have allready paid out for, version 4.9. We are a small family concern, not VAT registered, and how things are at the moment, recession etc, we can't justify the cost involved.
WOW WÜRTH PLUS
So, on the phone I went to the Wow department, expecting that they would activate what I had allready paid for, only to be told that we would now have to pay for a new licence, which basically means signing up for a years subscription at 48 quid a month plus VAT, I make that around £690. I then needed it re activating, which is done over the internet by Wurth UK., which they had done a couple of times previously, after a laptop problem, even tho' we were not paying the monthly charges. So I wiped the hard drive and started over, reloading various bits of software, including Wow 4.9. We decided the old laptop was getting clogged up and needed a good clear out.

User instructions and feature list has been added to install file, look for Notes.txt file after installation.
